Cornie Kids World occupies a generous area of 5,000 m². In addition to the enclosed main building, it features outdoor play areas, a concept pool, an open-air amphitheatre, a children's restaurant and three indoor cinema halls. The grounds also include a 730 m² Open-Air Play Park.

The ESPA-certified Crassula Spa spans an area of 5,000 square metres and is divided into three dedicated sections: Spa Relax, Spa Luxury and Spa Private. The Cornelia Golf Club presents three separate 18-hole combinations across its 27-hole course — the King, Queen and Prince Courses. Through the Cornelia Golf Academy, the club offers bespoke training programmes for all abilities, led by TPGA-certified instructors and utilising advanced TRACKMAN technology. The Cornelia Sports Centre features three professional football pitches, built to FIFA standards and laid with specialist "Bermuda 419" turf.
