In Belek, one of Türkiye’s important tourism destinations, roads have been renovated by TOKİ and the wastewater treatment infrastructure has been strengthened. BETUYAB President Ali Özdoğan presented plaques of appreciation to Minister Murat Kurum and Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy for their support for the projects. Özdoğan described these investments as “lasting legacies for the future of Belek.”

Belek, one of the strongest destinations of Turkish tourism worldwide, is preparing for the future through strategic investments in transportation and environmental infrastructure. BETUYAB President Ali Özdoğan presented a plaque of appreciation to Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum for his support in the renovation and expansion of Belek’s roads, and to Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy for his contributions to strengthening the region’s wastewater treatment infrastructure and supporting sustainable tourism.

BELEK’S ROADS RENOVATED AND EXPANDED BY TOKİ

A comprehensive transformation has been carried out in the transportation infrastructure of Belek, one of Türkiye’s most important tourism destinations. The construction, renovation and expansion of roads in the Belek region were carried out by TOKİ. Implemented in line with the region’s intensive tourism traffic and international standards, the project represents an important investment in strengthening Belek’s transportation infrastructure. BETUYAB President Ali Özdoğan presented a plaque of appreciation to Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum for his support in bringing the project to life.

STRATEGIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT INVESTMENT FOR A SUSTAINABLE BELEK

Another important step toward Belek’s future has been the strengthening of the region’s wastewater treatment infrastructure. The wastewater treatment investments carried out in parallel with the development of tourism capacity are of great importance not only for protecting Belek’s sea, beaches and natural assets, but also for the region’s vision of sustainable tourism. Ali Özdoğan also presented a plaque of appreciation to Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy for his support in implementing the wastewater treatment investments and his contribution to Belek’s sustainable tourism future.

BETUYAB President Ali Özdoğan said the following during the plaque presentations:

The renovation and expansion of Belek’s roads by TOKİ has been an extremely important and lasting investment for our region. Likewise, we thank our Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, for his support in strengthening our region’s wastewater treatment infrastructure and for making a significant contribution to the protection of Belek’s sea, nature and environmental assets.
